How do I cancel my membership?
We'll be disappointed to see you go but understand if you'd like to cancel. Depending on how you initially signed up (website or app), below are the cancellation steps.
If you joined on the aerialphysique.tv website, follow the steps below:

1) Sign in to your account.
2) Click on the Dashboard button at the top.
3) Click on the Billing tab.
4) Scroll down until you see your current Active Membership Plan.
5) Click Change Plan.
6) Click the Cancel Plan button on the lower right-hand side.
If you joined through the app using your iPhone or Android you'd need to cancel your subscription within Google Play or the AppStore.

Upon canceling, you will still have access to APTV for the remainder of your current billing cycle. If you have any issues canceling, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I join the live masterclasses and monthly challenges?
To see our latest masterclass and challenge, visit www.aerialphysique.tv/pages/live. You'll need to be a member to participate.
We update the page monthly, so check back often! We'll also email you around the first of the month with invites for both.

How do I find my referral link?
For each friend you refer that becomes a member, you'll earn 30 free subscription days! When the link is shared and the referred user signs up and pays their first invoice, you will receive 30 free subscription days automatically added to your account. Whether you have a monthly membership or yearly, you'll receive 30 days added to your subscription.
How to access your referral link:
Once you're logged in click the Dashboard button.
Click on the Refer a Friend tab.
Copy & paste your custom link and share it with friends or use the email feature at the bottom to send it that way.
At the bottom of the page, you'll see who you've invited and if they've joined or not.

*Currently, the refer-a-friend is only available if you signed up on the desktop version of APTV. If you click on the Dashboard tab and you don't see 'refer a friend' as an option, that means you initially joined through the app. Our app developers are working on adding the feature to the app but I don't have a set date when it will be available. I will let you know as soon as it's ready.
When are the 30 free days added to my account?
The reward will be added after the aerialist you referred pays their first invoice.
Can anyone use Refer a Friend?
You'll need to have an active subscription to receive referral rewards.
I referred a friend, but they didn't use my link to sign up. Can I still get 30 days?
Subscribers must use your unique link in order to receive your 30 days. Make it clear to your friends that they'll need to use your link to join as they'll help you earn subscription perks!
What can I share in the community section?
You're welcome to ask questions, share victories and support your fellow aerialists. Currently, the system only allows text and photo uploads. We don't allow promotions, hateful comments, or bullying. If your post is a promotion, offensive or inappropriate it will be deleted.
The system won't allow me to put in my payment information. The credit card box isn't showing.

The videos are loading slowly. What do I do?
Check your internet connection and try connecting to a different browser. Internet Explorer or Firefox may be faster than Google Chrome in some cases.
I'm experiencing technical issues with the site. What do I do?
Try clearing the cookies/cache within your computer, if that doesn't do the trick please email us at email@example.com with a screenshot of what you are experiencing and we will get back to you in 48 hours or less.
Can I download the videos?
The videos are available to view on the desktop site or the app with a paid subscription only. You cannot download them from the site.
I haven't signed into my account for a while, can I get a refund? APTV does not issue refunds for partial months or unused subscriptions. Once you cancel your account, you will no longer be charged the $24.99 monthly fee or $197 yearly fee.
