How do I cancel my membership?
If you subscribed on the desktop version of our site sign into your account, click on the Dashboard button at the top. From there click on the Billing tab. Following that, scroll down until you see your current Active Membership Plan. Below that click Change Plan. Click the Cancel Plan button on the lower right-hand side. If you have any issues canceling please email email@example.com and we will take care of it for you.
If you subscribed on the app using your iTunes or Google Play account, you must cancel your subscription within the App Store. Click here to learn how to cancel your app subscriptions.
Upon canceling, you will still have access to APTV for the remainder of your current billing cycle if you canceled after the 14-day trial period.
The system won't allow me to put in my payment information. The credit card box isn't showing.
The videos are loading slowly, what do I do? Check your internet connection and try connecting to a different browser. Internet Explorer or Firefox may be faster than Google Chrome in some cases.
I'm experiencing technical issues with the site, what do I do? Try clearing the cookies/cache within your computer, if that doesn't do the trick please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a screenshot of what you are experiencing and we will get back to you in 24 hours or less.
The search feature isn't working!
We are working on updating the site so the search feature is more efficient. Please bear with us!
Can I download the videos? No, the videos are available to view in the app only with a paid subscription. You cannot download them from the site.
I haven't signed into my account for a while, can I get a refund? APTV does not issue refunds for partial months or unused subscriptions. Once you cancel your account you will no longer be charged the $19.99 monthly fee or $175 yearly fee.
