2) How do I cancel my membership?
Sign into your account, click on the Dashboard button at the top. From there click on the Subscription tab. Following that, you will see Aerial Physique TV Monthly or Yearly subscription. To the right of that look for CHANGE in blue. After you've clicked the CHANGE button look underneath for the CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION option in red. If you have any issues canceling please email email@example.com and we will take care of it for you.
If you subscribed on the app using your iTunes or Google Play account you will need to cancel your subscription within the App Store. Click here to learn how to cancel your app subscriptions.
Upon canceling, you will still have access to APTV for the remainder of your current billing cycle if you canceled after the 14-day trial period.
3) The videos are loading slowly, what do I do?
Check your internet connection and try connecting to a different browser. Internet Explorer or Firefox may be faster than Google Chrome in some cases.
4) I'm experiencing technical issues with the site, what do I do?
Try clearing the cookies/cache within your computer, if that doesn't do the trick please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a screenshot of what you are experiencing and we will get back to you in 24 hours or less.
5) I haven't signed into my account for a while, can I get a refund?
APTV does not issue refunds for partial months or unused subscriptions. Once you cancel your account you will no longer be charged the $19.99 monthly fee or $175 yearly fee.
